Will The Sims Medieval work on Windows ?

Hello, I would like to purchase The Sims Medieval Deluxe, but I'm not sure if it works on the latest Windows 10,Thank you for all answers. Lucy

@matejcovalucie , if you can run Sims 3 you should be able to run Sims Medieval.
