So, I think we have so far established these tips for writers, new and old:
have fresh cofffee or tea (I prefer organic, shade-grown, fair-trade, but some writers say, "anything will do.")
have donuts.
have fresh blueberries (again, I prefer organic)
have freshly made cupcakes (red-velvet is a favorite)
