Action completion bug report - Wellspring Library

Question

I’ve run into a bug, or might it be a feature?

In Wellspring Library, my sim was finished checking in with Johnny Zest, which was the last task for the day. The action was shown as complete on the Simtracker. When I went to my sim’s location, the action wasn’t done; my sim hadn’t even started at all and was doing nothing. I missed out on the extra zesty prize and have fallen behind.
