Baby Onesie Event
I just started the Baby Onesie event yesterday and I already received the failed message today. Thought I had 7 days to complete?

I created 2 babies for the event and used SPs! Argh.
This has become a problem for a lot of players recently. My only advice is to contact support.
When you fill out the form make sure all of the boxes have something in them. If you don't have an account that they are asking for, such as Facebook then just use the log in page URL. You can find your own game information in the info section of the game menu. Once your fourm goes through you should get an email confirming that the support team got your fourm. In this email is a link to your ticket information. This is where you can ask for updates. Please give them time to fix your issue, since they are very busy right now.
The problem is that the Firemonkeys page doesn't work on my iPad - typical that tech support doesn't work. 😠
EA is hopeless, and it's the reason I didn't buy SIMS4 - and now I'm even more determined not to buy another EA game. *sighs*
Some people have this problem and have to use a computer. You can also go through the game menu. If you tap on the "question mark" on the right side of the menu it will bring up the form with your game ID already filled out.
