Beach coffee table not availabe

I need to buy a beach coffee table to advance in my discovery quest ‘back to the wall’ but i can’t find it anywhere. It’s been a problem for 2 weeks now and u really want to advance.

Quest bug
The quest "two and a half sims" is bugged. It says to build the child store but when I go to do so it says to complete "two and a half sims". I can't progress its just a loop. Send help lol
