Did you do as the prompt said, try a different connection?
Such as WIFI?
Unfortunately, I’ve tried every means, restating my phone, switching between wifi and data. It worked temporarily and I could go in to browse the updates and start all the new tasks. Now I m back at the page I was stuck at again, not sure why it wouldn’t let me go in again.
I’ve seen multiple users posting the same issue on official twitter account. Pls get it resolved asap! @EA

I am still having this same issue. Mine is at 94% and will go to 97% and then go back to error screen. It won’t even let me cancel the update. Help!
