Cannot demolish empty house
I cannot demolish my house, it tells there are sims and pets but there is no.

It didn’t worked, the problem persisted.
Is there any items on the property that hinders a demolishment? A tiny dog toy, perhaps?

I do not have this yet, so I do not know if it is possible
