You can try rebooting your device and/or restarting your game app. You can also save your game to the cloud and then delete and reinstall your game app. If none of this works or you don't want to try it then you can contact support at this link. http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-FreePlay/INFORMATION-The-Sims-FreePlay-Support/td-p/1877383
- Anonymous9 years agoI can't even log in to favebook and save the game. Is there any other way to save the game?

I use Game Center on my iPad to save my game. I am not sure about android, but I think for Windows devices you can use Xbox live to upload your data.
what options do you see when you go into the keyhole option in the game menu.

I have searched this forum and the Fire Monkey issues site and cannot find anything to help you solve this problem. I'm going to defer this to @EA_Zoe. She may have a solution.
