Can't use crafting stations in wedding belle event

Last time this event came round I unlocked all the prizes but didn't collect enough products to buy them all. Now its come around again it keeps telling me the pottery, jewellery and glass crafting s...

But it hasn't reset to the beginning. The progress bar shows that everything is unlocked so I can't progress any further yet I can't use the crafting stations because they're locked

I'm having the same issue with the French romance event right now. Since the last time this event happened I only needed the crepe cart to get the French chateau but now when I try to use my pottery stations (and all stations other than candles) it says I need to unlock them by progressing through the event yet the event progress bar says I've received/progressed through everything
