Clueless How Finish the “Dance to Remember” discovery quest

I have NO CLUE how many more things that I have left to do till I finish the “Dance to Remember” discovery quest, and it’s literally taken me MONTHS to try and finish the “Dance to Remember” discovery quest!!!  AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHST I EVEN NEED TO DO TO BE ABLE TO FINISH THE QUEST!!!!!  I’ve had multiple of sims “dance at the villa” about 25-40 and THE COMPLETION BAR STILL SAYS THAT IT’S ONLY 94% OF THE WAY DONE!!!!!
