I specifically upgraded to VIP 6 so that I could get the collect all revenue button but cannot find it anywhere. Where does it show up in town?

Bluestacks is not a supported/authorized platform for the Sims FreePlay, which means no one is obligated to help you
Look at the attached pic on the reply that is marked as the solution, to make sure you're looking for the button in the right place

Have you done a delete/reinstall of the app, not just a reboot of the computer?
I also play it on my kindle fire 8hd (it's not there either,) but the text in the blue boxes is sometimes too hard for me to read, so I find playing on my 17" laptop easier on my eyes. If there is a supported/ authorized way to play on windows, I would love to use it.. Just let me know how to do it. I will try reinstalling game. 🙂 Thanks!
I am sorry but the only supported platforms for mobile games are phones or tablets
My advice would be to get the biggest tablet possible.
I do not know if it is possible to connect a mobile device to a separate (bigger) screen via bluetooth or some other connection or if that is something I dreamed up, but if it is a reality, you should look into that too 🙂
The Collect All button should be at the bottom and in the middle, far left of the blobs, next to the worlds blob, surrounding the three Settings dots green semi circle.
