I am level 33 on the Sims freeplay. I have done all the quests except the salsa one and I still can't build the community center. I'm wanting to build second storeys but I can't without the community center apparently. Also I have facebook friends and we have added each other but we aren't showing up on each others party boats. I pay a lot of money to play tbis game and it's frustrating to say the least. Please help. Thanks :-)
Have you done the "Weather Machine" quest yet?
Quests are done in order. You get side quests (eg. Salsa Dancing. Patios. The Castle.) But then you have the 'main quests'. These are your Open the Kitchen (Sous Judgemental).
The 2 story house quest is after "Weather Machine".
You are definitely high enough level as I've only *JUST* started the 2 story house quest and I'm level 31. However, there is an easy way to check!
Click you "Active tasks" button. It'll bring up the tasks screen. On that screen you'll see a quest and a "Quests Waiting in Queue" (Number goes here).
Click/tap the number! (Not the task! Very important. Must click/tap the number)
It will show you what quest is coming up next.
They will appear in order!
You can scroll through the list and see how far away you are. If it's not in your list, it's DEFINITELY a bug.
If you go through all the quests in your "Quests waiting in queue" and you can't see it, you need to submit a "Bug Report" to Firemonkeys.
Use your favourite search engine and look for "FireMonkeys Sims Freeplay"
You'll find them. On their home screen is a "Submit a request" button.
Click that and follow their instructions.
Be aware that Firemonkeys can be a little slow in responding. Sometimes you get an answer with 24 hrs. Some people wait a couple of weeks.
I hope it's not a bug, and just a quest that's waiting around the corner from you.
