This is not support, we can not give you your money back
Do you have a screen grab of the package you purchased?
Did it include Adult PJs or were they for Seniors?
Have you checked the wardrobe?
Have you tried to "restore purchase" Green ... button > info> restore purchase
Have you tried to restore purchase in the store you used? App store (Apple) Google Play (Android) Amazon (Kindle Fire)
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
