Different ‚estimated’ times of quests in Sandy Suburbs than they actually are. 

For example it shows 9hs and in reality it’s almost 11hs

The proof is there

Times are stated for 3 star items, as that is the fastest

The tree you are using is probably a 1 star tree, thus adding more time to the task

My example are about beds but it applies to all items

You can see for the Hibernate task it differs almost 5 hours between the (normally more expensive/premium) 3 star bed and the (cheaper) 1 star bed

Buy and place 3 star trees if you want to do the tasks faster, though it can be expensive, most 3 star trees costs 10-15 SP each
