I can't not download the extra content that helps in building other shops etc. The download stops after reaching 1%, I have tried making space on my iPad and tried downloading it from different internet connection but it won't download!! It shows "download error, the device has either lost internet contention, or there is some problem with the device, or there is an external problem"I don't know what else to do. Please help !!!

Download is stuckIf your download of the additional content is stuck at 0.0 kb/s please try the following steps to complete the download: Update to latest OS versionTurn wifi off/onForce close and re-open the gameTurn off “auto-lock” options in device settingsDo not use any other apps throughout the download processEnsure the game stays on during the download process

You need to contact fire monkey they are the developers of the game. Just go to this post and click on the link, which will take you to their form.

Hello all you frustrated Simmers. Good news, the bug has been fixed and you can get back into your game via a Google Play update - yay. I have done so and opened my game and thankfully all the content is there except for missing the live time event. As suggested in the info update, I have put in a request via FM to have my Hacienda Live Event Reward given as I had virtually completed it. Big thank you to everyone for various inputs keeping us updated and especially to the team at FM for fixing it.
