I just found info from the past on this same issue. It says to uninstall and reinstall but save data to icloud. I backed my data up here also in download data in my settings just in case. I'm on my kindle and received an additional message that my kindle fire no longer will upload the data so not sure if you play on a tablet. Maybe this has something to do with it. I'm contacting support tomorrow if I can't figure this out. 🙏🙂
The Sims Free Play only works on the phone, no tablets. After a certain point when you try to install it, it will say not compatible with device.
I don't think tablets are an issue. I've been playing my Sims Freeplay on a tablet since 2012 and this is the first time I've had an issue like this. Today is my last day for the live event and I'm going to lose all my hard work and money (paid for Laura) which is a shame. I have two other friends on different devices who also have the same problem. Hopefully they can fix the issue soon just so I can at least get back into my game.
