It's the superhero toddler quest

it’s the super toddler secret mission quest. it’s the one you go and accept the quest from the stables 

 the super children mission in the sims freeplay the rocking horse does not have the option to run away for me to complete this mission

I was only able to do this on a rocking horse I owned before starting the quest. Not sure if that helps anyone else.

My new rocking horse didn’t show it as an option.
