Fashion hunter hobby

Hi Is anyone else having trouble with the fashion Hunter hobby,after weeks it's still only giving me the first 2 lines of achievement. I'm doing this hobby non stop but still no new fashion achie...

I've been doing the hunt for fashion quests for about 1 year now with the same sims and I still can't seen to get the very last 2 achievements! What's the deal?!?!
