finishing tall-tree house

I’m trying to complete the treehouse mission, but I see no option to buy the house if I press it it said I have to finish the road to the tall treehouse, but it’s not possible. There’s no button I can click. Does anyone else have the same problem because I can’t finish the mission if I can’t buy the house

    Can someone help me understand why this message keeps popping  saying complete renovation? Built both rocky heights and forest flat I’ve tried everything to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Attached files
