This is a player to player fourm. Firemonkeys is the developer of the game and they would be the ones to fix any issues between the sims Freeplay and game center. So I am not sure why they would send you here for help, unless they misunderstood the issue you are having.
Ya I have no idea either 😩. It seems like something they should be fixing on their end, but their answer was, 'Unfortunately we are not able to assist directly with this type of feedback or comment on upcoming content.' they then said to try posting on the forums to see if someone has a workaround.
