I was doing the last task on the Palm Springs thing I think that’s what it is called. The game did an update and now it is saying the task wasn’t done and I can’t get my sims to do the last task. I have worked really hard to keep my streak going to get the gesty prize at the end. How can this be fixed?? I have an iPhone. That I am using.
It can't be fixed, unfortunately. When you complete the final day's tasks you will get a one off opportunity to buy the zest prize with LPs, but it will be expensive.
I've just had a similar thing while working on Alluring Abode. The latest update (grrr) caused my game to crash and, because I had a SIM visiting another town, my progress wasn't cloud saved. It cost me 860 LPs to buy the zesty prize. After 3 days of arguing with customer support I did finally manage to get those LPs back (plus some simoleons to compensate for other losses); had to start quoting consumer rights protection legislation to stop them trying to fob me off with paltry amounts!
