Hair boutique event

I have been trying to complete the hair boutique event and have tried every way I can think of to get my sims to produce more that the 7 of the 12 items needed to collect. They keep producing the brown fishersim hat and the gum boots almost every time once in a while I'll get the black dress pants and the other 4 I have gotten only once. I'm worried I won't be able to give them long hair. Any ideas? (And it wouldn't let me say it's on the sims free play)

These type of events are hard to complete unless you have a lot do sims doing the hobby in the shortest amount of time. I would suggest have as many sims as you can doing the hobby at ten minute intervals. Make sure at least one of them is a level six. Also this event will probably come around again so the hair styles you don't get you can get next time.

Ok, thanks! I realized that none of my sims who are working on the event are at level 6. I still have a few hours but it's good to know that it will probably come around again. 🙂
