I’ve contacted support, and they helped out. If you are in the same situation, by clicking on the sim that is not busy, next to it’s name there is a red cancel icon, that deletes the sims

The only option is to move sims out, but how do I do that?
Thank you! Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I relocated the sim to sandy suburbs, but I still have limit on adding more sims.
