Horses stuck in wall of stable
Tech support says open ticket, but when I try, it keeps bringing me to known issue article and I can't submit anything to get it fixed. Assistance?

That link is exactly what sends me to articles and doesn't let me finish submitting it. My horse was fine until some update the other day.
@kita1078 Under 'Issue' do you choose 'Horse stuck in wall of stables' from the drop down menu?
If you get the 'Suggested articles' at the top when on the 'Summary' page, then just ignore those, fill in the details and hit 'Submit'.
Or do you get any errors when you hit submit?

Back to the beginning with the fields filled in like I had done. If I go through it again to submit, it takes me back to the articles etc.- Approved
