How can I go to santas workshop if there is no option on the sleigh

I am supposed to speak with pepper the elf and cannot get to santas workshop to do it please help I am on last two days and cannot finish it now

@51232789 Did you look at the Country Cottage? I remember she was there yesterday (day 12). You should get there by tapping Santa, Mrs. Claus or Santa Sr. At least I got there this way.
