It asked me if I wanted to build the hospital so I did but now I can't get downtown to the hospital and I don't have the train built to get there. So how do I get there because I can't build anything ...

I'd like..to know how you got downtown without building the express first? I'm building the express the I will be able to go downtown and build the hospital. I think you have a glitch
