How to practice guitar in neighbours town

Please help me to complete task

HAVE A SIM PRACTICE PLAYING GUITAR IN A NEIGHBOURS TOWN, AND MAYBE EARN SOME TIPS...!

I have tried preteen, teen and adult sims, none of which work. The adult sim wont even try. Please help x
