How to save my progress

I play Sims Freeplay on my Tablet for a while now, and want to also have the same progress on my phone. So I tried to connect that. On my phone it says (after me logging in Facebook AND Google play) that there is 'No Save Data in Cloud' which is understandable cause I haven't saved my progress on my tablet.

Then I headed to my tablet and there it said that if I want to Auto Cloud Save I should connect to a social network in the Account Manager (Keyhole button), SO I went to the keyhole button and there it sad 'Sorry, there are no social networks available.'

So now I can't connect my progress to a server or what?

I also them went to the cloud button and there it said 'Sorry, the Cloud is not available because there is no social network.'

So just because I haven't logged in and connected a social network, I can't save my progress now?

Do you have any suggestions or am I stuck now?
