I can't save my data on the Cloud

I tried to save my data on the cloud and everytime it says :" Cloud isn't available because there is no social network" but I'm connected by google play. And then when I click on the account management icon to access by Facebook, it says: "Sorry, there aren't social network available". I tried to disconnect from my account and then reconnect but it doesn't work. What can I do because I changed my phone and I want to transfer my data (I've played for almost 5 years so I'd like to keep my data). Thanks for your attention.

  • You should try contacting EA directly about your data, but as far as I am aware; seen as you are connected through google play, you should automatically keep your progress.
