I need help with sims free play

Question

I have an issue with Sims&nbsp; Free Play. I used LP and XP to finish the Sandy Suburbs, Palm Promenade quests. I guess I didnt build the bridge going from Sandy Suburbs or Berry Blvd. All 3 of them are ultimate level. I can not use Palm or Berry at all. I cant even get to them. Any idea what to do ?
