I unable to go back to the park even the puppy is floating at the park.

It says the pet cannot move to out of their home if the person does not set down the pet. What is happening? How to solve?

My puppy is floating in the park and all my Sims walk over him. The sim doing the quest can't go to park because he is 'holding a pet' but he is not.

I have done everything Firemonkeys suggest but nothing worked

My game is on Cloud, and I was wondering if you could help.

If you already uploaded your game to the cloud, please, open a ticket with Firemonkeys support team so they can help you. You have instructions on how to do so in this article (Technical support section).
