I unable to go back to the park even the puppy is floating at the park.

It says the pet cannot move to out of their home if the person does not set down the pet. What is happening? How to solve?

This issue has been resolved for future players. I am also having trouble. I took the puppy home. But I cannot find him. I tried sending my sim back to the park. I get a message saying that I cannot take him back to the park. Please help.

I have the same problem, but I can see my puppy hanging in the air in the park.. Can't click on it..

I just started the puppy quest (1/5/17) and when i got home it said to put the puppy down. My hands were empty but I decided to put it down anyways because it might reappear. Every since then the puppy is gone, this is a timed quest and the time is wasting, I need to get this done. So please help return the puppy and add some time because this is not fair.

That did not help. The article did nothing for me. All I'm asking is for it to be fixed, my time to the quest be added, or maybe even put this quest on hold or something. Every solution I have been given has not worked.

Note:1)This solution is only for people with odyssey puppy 25% progression. ( I dont know if this work for missingpuppy after the quest want you to sit with the puppy)
2)Save your data to cloud in case this doesnt work.

Solution:
Delete your character(the one that hold the puppy) and the puppyshould be back walking around the park.
(Feels bad if the character make so much progression like i do )

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For the one that havent encountered this problem, i recommend you to save data to cloud first before doing this quest.
