I unable to go back to the park even the puppy is floating at the park.

It says the pet cannot move to out of their home if the person does not set down the pet. What is happening? How to solve?

    Are you in the middle of a quest? What is the task you are currently on. Can you send another sim to the park. When you click on your sim what menu options do you get? Is one of them put puppy on the ground? If so click on that. If not try rebooting your device or restarting your game app.

    In the mission "the odyssey of the dog" the dog disappeared and I can not finish the mission. I need to finish so I can build other things.

    I took the puppy home and chose the ' put pet down' option, but now the puppy is gone and my sim can't leave her house because the game keeps telling me that she needs to put the puppy down first. She doesn't have the puppy anymore and it's not at the park. I can't continue making my town until I complete the quest. I don't know what to do. Please help.

    I'm having the same problem, I clicked put puppy on the ground (puppy is floating in park & sim was at home holding nothing) but that has made it worse.
    My sim will now do anything as normal except cannot get back into the park & the puppy is just floating on its own & I cannot click on it?
    I've turned everything off & on & even updated the software on my iPad but nothing is working?
    Please help if you can 😊

    About the invisible dog I put it down but when I see the person who was doing to quest to the park it say you have to put the dog down but I don't have the dog on the arms so I was wondering if you can restart the quest. DO NOT restart my whole game restart the quest please. Aid would be very happy if you read this and actually read this note and fix the problem for sims freeplay

    This is a known issue, where your puppy is missing, floating or invisible. It is being investigated, but for now, please, take a look to this article for more information and some troubleshooting steps. If those steps don't work, you will need to contact support as explained in the article.

    My puppy is stuck and I cant Find him at home, it's stuck in the park and i can't pick it up. Could you please help me to fix this I've already send my request with the correct ticket with all my information. Thanks a lot

    Sims free play puppy is stuck in the park floating. It won't let me submit a request for some reason. I'd like to spend more money on the game but won't until this is resolved because I can't do any more quests. Green Hellena is my profile id

    I started the puppy oddesy quest today, which requiered me to grab the puppy in the park and take it home. When I took the puppy home, it seemed invisible in my sims arms. I clicked on the sim and then selected put puppy on ground (or something like that.) I thought it was some kind of bug and that is why I couldn't see it, so I closed the game and reopened it but still nothing. I went to the park and found the puppy floating in the air. I tried to call my sim to the park but it said that I couldn't take pets out of the house and that I should put it on the ground, which I had already done. I called another sim to the park but it couldn't interact with the puppy, like it wasn't there. Now my sim can't exit the house and I can't continue the quest. Please help!
