It says after you finish a set you'll get 1 of 9 hair styles. I completed one and didn't get a hairstyle. Do you get them when the event ends or???

Oh! I guess just a row, I thought that counted as 1 set! That explains it. Thank you!

I completed two rows in this event and did not receive anything. Thought that I would get it at the end but still did not receive.

You do not get anything for completing one or two rows. You have to complete the entire hobby set to get one prize and then need to reset and begin the hobby agin. This event will come back around in a few months. I suggest you have at least ten sims doing the hobby for the event.
