Lost Zesty Prize Due to Glitch

Hello, I am currently on day 11/14 on the Blossom Acres renovation task for the Rustic Acres site. I’ve been really consistent and have been working hard to stay on top of the tasks.

One task had 11 (or so) sims read from a book shelf which was about 2 hours long. After my timer went off, I went to check and saw that 3 of my sims have glitched and basically they started reading when I hopped back on the game….I had to use SP and when I went on to the last task…. The same glitch happened again and now I’m no longer in the zest zone due to the glitch :(

Is there any way for the EA team to get this so they could help me? I really want the zesty prize as I’ve been working on this for 11 days consistently.
