Help... about a week ago I was asked if I wanted to build the hospital. I paid the astronomical amount and built it. After a couple of days, I logged in and instead of getting the message that my hospital was ready, I was asked if I wanted to begin the subway quest. So I did and I completed it, and I still have NO HOSPITAL!! Any idea what I need to do?
You have to use the train station to get to the downtown are where the hospital is located.
There was a glitch that was allowing people to build the hospital before building the train station. The glitch was fixed with the latest update. You can contact support and see if they will give you back the money you spent so you can build the hospital again. Or if you saved to the cloud before you build the hospital you can try downloading that saved game.
