Missing item dragon pack

Hello, maybe I can get some help here. I already was chatting in online help with like 3 employees of The sims freeplay. My problem is that I purchased Dragon pack from the shop - Deals with lifestyle points and I don't see it anywhere in my Home store. From the Deals it's already gone only my lifestyle points are missing and I explained to them like three times I cannot give them the provement of the pack that I purchased because it's not in the shop anymore and they didn't claim they have my purchase history so what should I do?
