I purchased €11.99 on lifestyle points by the Sims Freeplay and don't receive them. The amount is paid says my bank account.
If I still don't have received the lifestyle points within 24 ours what can I do?
I did already restart the Sims Freeplay game a multiple times.
contact the store you used for purchas
App store, Google or Amazon
ask to reverse the purchase
