My game keeps shutting down.

It seems the Sandy Suburbs has broke my game. I had the task to clear cobwebs but when I go to release the sims in the basement. My game closes. Then when I reopen it, it closes again. Over and over again. I had to force close it, clear the data and cache for it to open in a different section and it work fine. But right as soon as I go back to Arid Apartments, the game closes down again. It has been like this for almost 9 hours. I even opened the app on my phone (I am usually on my tablet), the same thing happens. 

I sent a message through chat but it hasn't been resolved yet. I have tasks I need to do over the next 12 hours and I can't without it closing down.

Please help!
