My SFP game keeps crashing after halloween update.

After repeated requests to fix my game, I still can't access my game after the Halloween update. Its been 9 days.

    You should have gotten a confirmation email with a ticket number and a link. You can to to the link to check the statuse of your issue. You need to give them time. They are very busy helping others and will get to your ticket in the order it was received. You may want to send them a not through the link and let them know the troubleshooting things you did so they don't have to suggest you do them over.

  • Feel lucky, my SFP game stopped opening & loading after the Hosp./Train station update on 9/9/2016!  I sent request ticket explaining everything I had already tried (all troubleshooting tips) and they still sent me reply of "have you tried troubleshooting"? & "if that doesn't work to let them know!!! Why Yes, yes, I have but, No, No, did not work. So I sent another reply telling them that yes tried troubleshooting & no did not work. They then said to make sure I saved to the cloud! So I replied...Is there a way I don't know of that you can save game to cloud if you can't even get it to load? They said um, No, Not yet, for those playing game on a windows phone. So I Even removed other stuff to free up a lot of space thinking it might help but, no. I have spent ALOT of REAL $ on simoleons & LP points recently that I can't enjoy or use cause my game will not open at all. I finally got on the SFP facebook page & sent a message about issue that way & whoever runs their page got firemonkey to check into my issue. They sent me another message saying that developers were addressing my issue cause, I was just 1 of very many with same problem. Gave me instructions to follow & marked my request tickets as solved, plus claimed they had given me extra simoleons & LP points for having all the problems I had as a result of their update. They also said if I have any more issues to just complete a "Follow Up" ticket including original ticket number. So, I followed all of their instructions & attempted to play game, did exactly same thing it had been doing...acts like its going to load, then stops, says resuming & goes back to start screen! So I once again did exactly what they told me to do, just to get the same preset response of have you tried troubleshooting! Leaves one wondering if they even bother to read request tickets! Thinking I've been patient for way too long!
