My sim can't go to the toilet

Instead of tapping the toliet try tapping inside the bathroom. See if she will go there and if so then tap the toliet once she is there. Also you can try moving your toliet to another room or another place in the bathroom. To do that tap on your home store and then tap the toliet. Options will open to turn or move the toliet.
