First of all I would like to apologize in advance because my English is bad. why can't my sims move, they just stay still and can't be moved. At the beginning of the incident, I sent 2 sims to a restaurant to carry out the command "wait at a table" but this actually made my sim unable to move forever. I've called it from another sim's house, tried to die, completed the command, but it's still like that. can anyone solve it?
did you do a delete/reinstall?

I have same problem. I give mission to a sim that "wait on tables". She went and staying there but she does't. It looks she is doing "wait on tables" on simtracker. But she doesn't and I can't give her another mission. She is staying there forever. I can give "wait on tables" mission to another sim. I asked firemonkeys. They answer that:
