nanny wont enter babys room

Question

I have 2 babies in my sim town and doing nanny knows best quest. The nanny wont enter the babys room. She goes around outside the room and my sim wont pick up the baby. Anyone know whats wrong

Is the cot placed by another object this could stop the sim from being able to access the baby. Hope this helped!

Answer

The nanny doesn't have to enter the room. Try to redecorate, for instanse add another door to the room, or remove all items in the room, except the crib.
