Neighbor's town missing a ton of stuff or corrupt

my wife uploaded to the cloud NOT EVEN TWO HOURS AGO and yet I STILL AM NOT SEEING SEVERAL of her houses and the ones I do see are ALMOST COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! SEVERAL HOUSES of hers has NOTHING BUT RUGS IN THEM when her houses WERE NEVER LIKE THAT!!!!!!! ALMOST EVERYTHING IS MISSING FROM HER TOWN ON MY GAME!!!!!!! I had her upload to the cloud again BUT IT ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE!!!!!!! MORE HOUSES ARE NOW NOTHING BUT RUGS!!!!!!! I Googled the problem BUT NOTHING CAME UP LIKE IF I AM THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
