New update causing major problems with sims and the spa

The new update has caused my Spa not to work at all. I'm using an android tablet. I'm going to try to add my pictures.

My people are stuck in the jungle and the wall.

I have attached my player ID and pictures. This happened yesterday also. It completely freezes when I go to the spa.

I'm in the United States. Indianapolis, Indiana 12: 35 am, I believe eastern standard time

To move in an NPC one of your playable Sims have to marry the NPC.
It will move in automatically as NPC so you can promote it to playable Sim. The marriage option should be available from level 4 of any relationship story as long as the NPC is still a young adult. Senior NPCs can't marry.

The move in option is only for playable Sims. It is available at level 8 of any relationship story.
You will need to have an empty playable Sim slot for this purpose and the owner of that Sim must accept your request. Marriage is not necessary.

Please remove your Player ID from this WORLD WIDE OPEN forum

Treat it like it is your social security number and do not share it on open forums

For your safety, I dunno if you post your social security number all over the internet but I would advice against it too

There seems to be an issue with professional workplaces

Report it to support

When at my Spa, the game is laggy, and when I assign the woman sim to a task I get the”blue feet” icon and the Sim is not there.
I’m playing on an iPad Pro 3rd generation

I am having a very similar issue. The game is glitchy and laggy at the police station, hospital and movie set, I dont have the spa yet. I am also not able to have my sims do work tasks and get the blue feet when I try to assign tasks but the sim cant be seen. Ive also noticed that when I enter the work location that I am not in the usual position, it opens on the second floor or far back for the movie set. I am guessing it’s related since the blue feet also appear in the same location. I am unable to play the game because of this. I am on the iphone 11.

I cant do the task of job in movie theatre because it is like a slow movement and i cannot Tap the assign job to do the sims work and i dont know it just happen today 3:30am philippines Aug. 29, 2024. I do a screenshot to let you know how the images happen. Please fix this bug hope you able to respond.

What I found is that my spa staff workers ended up way off in the trees when they reported for work, and they can't just walk to the door of the spa and go inside. I had to cancel their work shift and then send them to work again to fix this. Another sim on Berry Blvd ended up way off the map in the sand dunes, but was able to walk to the house.
