New update

I updated my app and I got the enhanced lights and the events, but I haven’t figured out the farm house yet, can someone explain to me how to get it? 
also I went to see if I needed another update for that and it showed me that I had to download the same app again so I now have two the sims FreePlay apps (one that I downloaded in 2014 the other one just today) I’m very confused as it never happened before.

    I can’t figure out where the family farmhouse either. I don’t have any open lots if it’s some free house to build on a lot. But if that was the case, they’d tell us, I assume.

    I didn’t expect a house to renovate and just do the craft event.
