No 'begin quest' option

Hello wonder if anyone has any tips , 

currently on level 27 and have unlocked everything I have done all the quests possible until this level I have tried to go back to complete the balcony quest , the nanny quest and the superhero toddler quest however it will not let me. Bree is in the park and all the quests are showing in the park and at the stables etc but when I click on them it shows me a criteria which I have for filled but still won’t allow me to do the quests ? Any tips would help , I have already deleted it and reinstalled and it is still doing the same.

i’m on level 17 now & i have to babies and have not been able to do the nanny quest. i have all the checks on the list for the quest & they are done,but it doesn’t give me the option to start the quest. i’m not sure why,i’ve tried everything & i need help!!

Apparently this is a wider but known issue

My bad, didn't realise it wasn't normal

Hi my current quests will not let me begin them, I have ticked all requirements but there is not option to start whatsoever. Can you help please as I can’t progress my game? 

I have Sims free play on my phone and my tablet.  The game works fine on phone.. however on my tablet the option to start nanny quest is not there.   I go to park and nanny is sat on bench..If I click on nanny a speech bubble appears with image of a mother holding an infant and clicking on that image brings a box up with the requirements needed for starting nanny quest.  All these requirements are ticked off completed but that's it!... Nanny continues to sit on bench but no option for this quest to start..  The nanny quest has not even popped up as a new quest .   So all my infants in my town can only be either fed changed or cuddled they cannot be put on floor to crawl..so frustrating..  any help most appreciated.

I don't know what else to do with my game apart from resetting it which I don't want to do.  Hope someone can help.

@minicha-emThanku for reply to this . I've already been on firemonkey but my submitted request didn't work as I was taken back to the screen I'd just submitted request to...tried twice no joy. Also it's bit unfair that ea games are aware about issues but nothing can be done to fix this till next update...don't you agree? Thanks again
