The Pregnancy Quests only purpose is to get players to spend real money on the game. It's the Only way to complete it. Especially if you have a job or go to school. I just went through this quest. The tasks and goals take too many hours to complete. Even with setting an alarm like was mentioned above. Wasted simoleons on the doctor and yoga instructor. If all quests are like this I won't continue playing this game.
