There are a lot of us who can't even log onto the game. Because we get this message
I'm missing out on 1 quest, 1 building quest, not to mention simchase and influencer Island
Please fix this
I've tried to fix this multiple times and nothing is working
It's so irritating

Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
In-game is what they/support prefer but if that is not possible
