Unless your neighbor was nice enough to tell you where it is, you have to go house to house. I have two houses dedicated to social tasks and when I add someone I always tell them which house has what they need. I wish more people would do this, but they don't

My friend has told me where her hydrant is , even showed me in a screen shot, I am firefighter job but cannot see her hydrant when I go to her house
Did your friend save to the cloud after she took the screen cap?
For me, it takes a save to the cloud before my neighbours can see the new stuff
